Shelby is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor goes above and beyond for my family
I did not meet this provider, her office staff completely turned me off from even wanting to meet her. I'm new to TN and looking for a new PCP. I called Dr Olds office to confirm she's excepting new patients and to see how when I could get an appointment. To my surprise, I was told I would have to fill out a health risk assessment form, and mail it back before they would even tell me if Dr Olds is excepting new patients. Dr. Olds has been one of the most amazing doctors I have ever been to! She is very kind, respectful, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. I feel that she truly cares about her patients and their needs, which is hard to find in doctors these days. I highly recommend!
