This car wash has really gone down hill! It sprayed some sort of fluid all over my car. Was an absolute mess to clean. I mentioned to employee working. He kept sending cars who also got all messy. Found out later it was hydraulic fluid! Thanks!
I sat at the pay terminal for a while before someone came to help. That terminal never works. Before the wash they swabbed one side of my windshield and nothing else. After the wash I found the vacuums hardly sucked. A female working there was apologetic and working hard to find the problem. It never did work enough to use . I went around my truck and found the bottom third was still dirty. The front and back bumpers were dirty. The roof was still dirty. It was a frustrating day at the car wash.
Disappointing wash. Truck was almost as dirty after the wash as it was prior. Tires and wheels are still filthy even though I paid to upgrade and clean them. Vacuum station is a mess, falling over and bars added off. Towels were out. Now I see why everyone goes to Tidal Wave.
I was able to use the free car wash invite. Loved it and will definitely use again.
