She made an intensely stressful homebuying experience much less stressful than it could have been and was extremely helpful working with my lender through the whole process. This was the second time we had Shelby as our realtor and again, she was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable of the markets, very personable and very flexible regarding showings. She was very keen on pointing out potential issues with various properties. All said, we really liked working with her and would, in the future, again!
