My mother in law has been a resident for several years. I feel 100% at ease with the care she has received. The last phase of the golden years is not always âgoldenâ. The staff is friendly as they zip from room to room to do their best to satisfy the residentsâ needs and wants. It is not unusual to see the administrators helping a resident. Horrible they assessed and accepted my Grandmother for rehab but if we were not there 24/7 they did not provide Care such as helping her up, getting her dresses and assisting to the bathroom. Why pay if you have to do it all yourself.
My Mom is in Lakes with full nursing care. I'm extremely happy with the care. She has been in some nightmare places in the past and Lakes is on the total other side of the spectrum. I'm so happy we were able to place her there. If you are looking for the best, this is it.
This facility lacks a LOT in giving medical care to the residents. They cannot read medication labels correctly and can't properly dispense patient medications. After spending days in this facility for respite care under Hospice, I couldn't wait to get back home and this will be one facility that I will NOT consider for either short term or long term care in the future. In fact, I wouldn't recommend the facility to anyone to use. A pleasing fascade and a paint job hide the inefficiencies of the staff.
What a wonderful campus. Great friendly employees and great care. This team goes above and beyond in customer service and employee satisfaction.
