I lost and trying to retrieve $270.00. I applied for an apartment and was approved. I paid the holding fee deposit only to find out they do not have a unit available that I confirmed. Now the manager Alyssa will not respond. I am disabled and need a 1st floor apartment, and I explained this before applying . I confirmed this over and over. This is definitely a scam.
