Call center never answers the phone so I can make an appointment to renew my wic benefits. My baby girl needs formula. This is stressful for us mothers who have no income. Something has to change about this.
This is an absolute DISGRACE of a health department. I understand that most government institutions aren't known for being efficient, and I understand that they are often understaffed and overworked. HOWEVER this location is neither. I called this location to get information about a birth certificate, I waited 15 minutes on hold before deciding to just drive the 30 minutes there.
