I couldn’t wait to write this review!! Shelby Collision handled this whole experience beautifully! I’ve hit several deer and destroyed a few cars in doing so. Never has the repair process been so easy and stress free. After I started the claims process with my insurance company all I had to do was drop the car off at the shop and pick it back up a little over two weeks later! My car looked brand new after Brooks was finished repairing from hitting a deer. Wonderful service and professionalism! My car was cleaned inside and out upon pick up which was an added bonus.
I dropped by Shelby Collision based on a recommendation from my mechanic and had a great experience. Brooks Hamrick dropped what he was doing and took the time to diagnose my vehicle problem and fix it on the spot. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. Brooks was a straight up guy from the get go. He went above and beyond to fix my daughter’s car from a collision with a deer that almost totaled her car. The car looks and is brand new condition. He used all oem parts that he could use on the rebuild of the front end. I personally want to thank you Brooks for doing a great job and not only meeting my standards but also pleasing my daughter.
