They say don’t mix business and family but I’m so glad I trusted my sister (Shelby) and her team to get the job done. We listed and less than 24 hours later Shelby came back with $21k over asking and we closed two weeks later. I was almost skeptical because of how smooth and easy this process was. I trusted her advice and it payed off! Also kaity is literally the kindest person ever the two of them make an amazing team!
Kaity and Shelby were very enthusiastic about selling our townhome. They brought an energy that other realtors did not express. Kaity, would check in with me frequently online and in person. Keeping us well informed through the process. She really exceeded my expectations as a realtor! I would definitely recommend S & K Realty to those looking to sell in the Spruce Grove area.
As a first time homebuyer, Kaity and Shelby, were both incredible to work with. They were quick with answering any questions I had, and were incredibly prompt with the process of purchasing my first home. It made the stressful change, very straightforward. Thank you both so very much.
So happy to have come across Shelby and her Team at S&K Realty, She was able to find us our home in a short time frame, with everything we could have wanted and more. Even with us stalking the realtor app, she found listings before we could, she was SO ON IT!! Not to mention her personality is amazing and just generally someone you want to be around!!
Shelby was so amazing throughout my whole experience. She was thorough and detailed in all her information she had to give and gave me comfort with the biggest purchase I’ve had to make! Highly recommend her!!
