I love living here! The biggest difference is the management! Jasmine in the short time she’s been here has been so attentive to the residents here. She’s delivered on everything she said she would and continues to improve the lives and living here at the Shelby.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This building is marketed as a luxury residence, but what residents actually experience is the complete opposite. Safety and maintenance concerns go repeatedly ignored or minimized by management. The property manager routinely downplays issues, and when residents raise concerns, they are brushed off with vague promises and no follow-through. Hello, my name is Rochelle Davenport-South. The new Manager Miss Jasmine is a very unique person she came in doing the job required.
