If I could give zero stars, I would. This building is marketed as a luxury residence, but what residents actually experience is the complete opposite. Safety and maintenance concerns go repeatedly ignored or minimized by management. The property manager routinely downplays issues, and when residents raise concerns, they are brushed off with vague promises and no follow-through. I have never had the worst MISCOMMUNICATION more in my life talking to a property agent and outside broker. SPECIFICALLY JAMIE AND NADA! I was super excited to move back home to Chicago to be with my family. This place never wanted to get know me or understand moving out of state. I was lied to and have emails to prove the back and forth cc that lacks transparency! They are quick to judge and fast to get your money on bullshit.
