I am highly upset and disappointed with the response I received regarding my last review. I have documentation showing that I was never provided with any communication outlining a 60-day payment plan. In addition, my previous emails have continued to go unanswered. I really hate to have to leave such a low rating because I love the apartment itself, but the management company is not the greatest. The management staff don’t communicate well and will penalize you for their own clerical errors. The management team failed to charge me for parking for several months after I reached out to them on multiple occasions before moving in to ensure we had everything squared away. Jasmine and Pedro are the only thing good about this building. Now, on to the meat and potatoes. My one-bedroom apartment is $2,400 plus fees, netting out to about $2,500 each month. Your gas bill is based on the square footage of your apartment. You could choose to order takeout every day, but they’re still going to charge you EXORBITANT fees for gas. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK We've lived here about a year and recently had a stressful experience worth sharing. We received a Landlord's 5-Day Notice of Termination for Non-Payment despite paying on time. Before it was resolved, someone repeatedly tried to serve the notice, including a knock at 10pm with no identification. It was frightening not knowing who was at the door or why, and unsettling to have it happen in front of our neighbors. Just moved in. Jasmine was super helpful, processed everything smoothly and have also seen her go extra mile to help residents feel at ease. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Although one suggestion for the management: please have a door person (or someone) to look after the packages system. I know it will cost some extra money but it will save residents so much hassle of having to look through their packages in the mail room or sometimes seeing their packages put outside at the risk of being stolen.
