After almost a month of having issues with my SUV, I brought it to Shelby Automotive and they were amazing helped find the issue. The customer service was great, service was fast and the work is reliable. I highly suggest this place for all your repair needs.
I broke down after hours while driving through town. Had no idea where to go, so I selected the most reliable looking mechanic. I could find on Google and towed it there.. the next morning they called me and had it fixed THAT DAY, and I was on the road again. MUCH THANKS
Absolutely horrible, I do not recommend them at all. I took my vehicle in because my engine light was on, $1500 and several weeks later the issue was still never fixed, instead they replaced three different things trying to rule out what could be the potential issue because they didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle. They eventually said it was a turbo but didn't seem too confident that would fix the problem and never sent an estimate for the turbo replacement. Always get great service at Shelby Automotive. They have a great “customer service” culture and don’t try to upsell like other shops.
