Do not waste your time with this company. Unreliable scheduling and difficult to communicate with. First scheduled appointment in the evening was rescheduled because the technician called out sick. Was asked to take a day time slot the next day and took time off work waited, called and was told the technician still had time to call me, waited longer and past appointment to be told that technician was not answering his phone and then told he was held up at another job. Technician came out diagnosis my refrigerator as the circuit board. Was there 10 minutes. Estimated $200 repair part not labor. I did not go with that. After he left I looked at a you-tube it recommended check the motor. It was the motor frozen, thawed it out and it works fine. I have called them to get my service charge money back. Now they making me wait to get my refund. I would never use this company again.
