It was my first time ever at an eye clinic. Dr. Raji is amazing. He's very knowledgeable and informative. He explained possible outcome and suggested in-store products that can help me with my dry eyes situation. Within 5 days I was relieved from the pain and dryness of my eyes. I highly recommend this clinic also because the staffs are polite and friendly, the atmosphere is calming and most of all clean.
I am disappointed with my experience here. For the first time, I missed my appointment with the optometrist. When I was contacted by the receptionist to ask where I was I explained my situation and was met with a lack of compassion and understanding. I was told I can no longer go to the clinic unless I pay the fee. As a senior on a fixed income, every dollar matters, and the $70 penalty was difficult for me to afford.
