The dentists are nice and worthy of a 5 star review. The lady I always dealt at with on the phone and at the reception desk (when they were still at the blue house) performed her tasks well, but had a way of coming across as judgemental and rude. I understand I can be annoying sometimes, as my efforts to communicate clearly sometimes veer into talking too much. Especially when I'm struggling mentally or emotionally. But still. Very friendly staff. Have gone here for years and do their best to work with you for appointments etcetera. Would recommend them.
I am so impressed by all of the staff, hygienists, and dentists at this dental clinic. Today, I had a particularly positive experience with Jennifer, who is a dental hygienist there. My son lives with ADHD and anxiety and Jennifer took the time to explain every part of the cleaning process to him because he was so worried about it. Her patience was extraordinary.
