I lived at this place for two years. After I moved out, I had an issue regarding my security deposit. I shared the situation with Donna, and she was absolutely amazing. She’s so polite, gentle, and always willing to listen. She truly went above and beyond to help resolve the matter. Thank you so much for everything you did for us, Donna. Just moved in and the Shelard Manor team has made everything a huge breeze! Great communication from the moment of booking a viewing to currently when it came to maintenance! Donna, Corey and Ellord have been super friendly, very welcoming and overall you can tell they truly care about their tenants. They greet everyone with kindness it already feels like a huge family/community. Worst experience ever. Fraud people here. They didn’t returned our security deposit when left the appartment. Moveover added more charges on the top of it. Never recommend to live here. Many disadvantages to live here. Not safe and dirty place ever.
I lived here two years but always Communication with management is a nightmare here, trying to get answer for emails, had to wait for weeks. Also, when it came to the deposit, forget about it. They make excuses to rip me off. Got charged for carpet cleaning for cleaned carpet from professional. If you want to avoid headaches think twice about renting from these guys
Hi, this is Manpreet Singh. I m leaving here for the last 4 years, and this apartment is very nice and clean and the Assistant Property Manager Donna is very helpful and she has really nice staff whenever we call her and if we need to fixed in our suite she send her staff to fixed the thing done. They have a really nice swimming pool and every summer they clean the pool and also celebrate the pizza party for the tenants. I would like to give her 5 start to her and her service !! Thanks Donna
