Oh my goodness my experience was great! I have never did a somatic release before or breathing exercises nor yoga. It all was amazing. I was stressed and tensed when I arrived. I was relieved and felt very relaxed when our time was completed. I felt safe and secure it was a pleasant and friendly environment. The owner was the best! Listen, I just got a batch of Shekinah wellness, new lung cleanser, and baby. When I tell you, I have been a smoker for over 20 years and this tea has me bringing up mucus that I did not know my body had. I am breathing some much clearly. Sacheen and staff are extremely professional and really take time to understand your needs. The liver detox and the No Pain Comfrey Salve are the products that I have tried and I can say they delivered amazing results! I have purchased the No Pain Comfrey Salve several times and for my mother as well who suffers from rheumatoid arthritis and chronic pain. She uses it on her joints and in any areas that are in pain. It has reduced her pain which has increased her mobility. For me this product is worth it's weight in gold!
