I needed emergent work done on my home and when I called I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I called four times and even left a voicemail. I never received a call back. And this was during business hours on a weekday. Maybe they do good work if you can get in contact with them, but that first critical step fell through. Now, I would be concerned that if they came out and did work that I wouldn't be able to get a hold of them for follow up or service issues. I instead used Moyer Electric.
