I have been visiting this physician for close to 8 years now and it is a very family-like practice. The staff are very friendly and remember my entiure family by name. The physician can recollect details of our health issues without necessarily checking our records and makes a point to touch upon recent health issues. So we feel very "connected" and the the doctor is on top of our condition in a very personalized manner. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call.
