New staff and a new Doctor on every appointment. I don’t even remember the name or face of any of the Orthodontist due to every month I see a different one. When it comes to the money they are very attentive but when you complain due to a bad orthodonics treatment they treat you like if you never paid a penny. The Doctors don’t put interest in client’s treatments because they are only are at that office for a month and you never get to see them again. It was a very frustrating experience for me. stay away from this place! Dr Freeman is gone. they dont even do invisalign for new patients anymore. all good revenues are from Dr Freeman who left there. I made an appointment with Dr Freeman for invisalign consult and got another Doctor and they dont do invisalign. Wasted 2 hours!! They are selling some high priced new aligned now. they should be taken off of invisalign website!!

I have just about had it with Freeman Orthodontics! We had our son there when he was in 3rd grade for his first phase of braces and it was a great experience. We have referred many patients to Freeman. We began his second phase during the summer before his eighth grade year. This phase was supposed to last only one year. We are now just about to enter summer before his tenth grade year almost 2 years later. Started as a patient when Dr. Sheinis was still practicing and he had just joined Freeman Orthodontics. For Sheinis and his staff I would give five stars, even for Sheinis and newer staff that came in from Freeman I would give five stars. However, since Sheinis has retired this office has gone to garbage. They can't seem to keep an full time orthodontist in this office, the staff is a shambles and often confused as to what's going on and the Office Manager when I was last in seemed like he was just there to put out fires. I was a patient for many years and Dr. Freeman was wonderful for so long. However, things have suddenly taken a turn for the worse. This afternoon I returned to the office to get new retainers. I was told that Dr. Freeman no longer sees patients anymore, which was a big concern to me. The first girl that was helping me was very nice. She listened to all of my concerns and apologized.
