This was my first time and it was a great experience I came in with a sew inn they took my hair down washed it and I got knotless braids I was done in about 6 hours the ladies were nice and professional my hair turned out beautiful!
From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcomed. The whole experience felt off from the beginning. I explained what I wanted, but they didn’t do what I asked, and when I asked questions, I felt like I was being ignored because I never really got any answers. I can’t say for sure why I was treated that way, but I honestly left feeling like the fact that I was white may have played a part in it. Regardless of the reason, no customer should be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome.
