Dr.Sungurlu has always been kind, caring, empathetic, took her time explaining issues to me and answering my questions. I never felt like a number or my concerns didn't matter. Best doctor I have ever had!!
Such an awesome doctor.
After I was called back, it still took quite a bit of time before the Dr came in to see me. I had forgotten to take a medical test the Dr wanted, so overall, my appointment was a waste of time. She talked to me about Mounjaro, which i had to remind her that I suffered from terrible back to back uti's while on that med and an working with my endocrinologist and going back on trulicity. We talked about a few other things, but overall this appointment could have been a virtual appointment or phone call.
