I get it’s sick season and everything, but it’s kind of crazy to be over booked.. I’ve been calling to get in for the past two weeks now and the first time she was out sick and now they are saying she’s completely full… Beaumont/corewell health whatever, do better. It shouldn’t take me 3 months to see a doctor..
Absolutely awful doctor, does not care enough about her patients to lift a finger to work with insurance on claims/prior authorizations, suggests treatments that are well outside what's required. Apparently I have to give at least one star, but that's too much.
I've been going there for many years and she's the best doctor I've ever had I'll be there for good
I love Dr Sungurlu, she is so personable. I have come a long way with my health being under her care
