Sheila and her team were fantastic to work with. Sheila and I spent two full days driving around Boise and looking at various properties. She was very knowledgeable, insightful and transparent - pointing out potential issues with homes (e.g. failing retaining wall, potential issues with future resale, homes being overpriced, etc.) and rejecting some homes outright (e.g. due to suspected foundation settlement).
