Sheila and her team were fantastic to work with. Sheila and I spent two full days driving around Boise and looking at various properties. She was very knowledgeable, insightful and transparent - pointing out potential issues with homes (e.g. failing retaining wall, potential issues with future resale, homes being overpriced, etc.) and rejecting some homes outright (e.g. due to suspected foundation settlement). Sheila Smith is the most knowledgeable, professional and personable real estate agent I have ever known. Selling a home is a very stressful event and Sheila supported us in every way. We made an offer on a home listed by Sheila and we received a verbal acceptance on the offer a day later. Then Sheila proceeded to still have an open house after verbally accepting our offer and received a better offer and tried to get us to pay $20,000 more on the already verbally accepted offer. This is not the right thing to do to people. Horrible business practice, would never look at home she has listed again.
