I've been with State Farm since I started driving in 1996 in Ohio. When I got married and moved to NKY in 2003 I needed to move to a KY insurance agent. I reached out to several agents that were barely willing to give 23 year old me the time of day. Sheila happily helped us navigate through the move; car insurance, home insurance etc. 3 homes, 20 cars, 2 kids later I can only offer praise for how the team there has helped through every change and claim to make it easy.
Office is always warm & inviting. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Such a great place to take care of our vehicle and home insurance needs.
Shyia was amazing. She was extremely helpful and informative when it came to adding a driver and vehicle onto my insurance policy. I highly recommend working with her!
