Update, 1/29/2025…. I appreciate that Dr. Shaigany stepping up and addressing the problems with my wife’s previous experiences with this office and making it right. It was a welcomed experience during a tough time. Thank you… This office is horrible. My wife is battling Stage IV Kidney cancer and the office staff does not return calls ever. She’s trying to get a refill of Dupixent and she’s been waiting for a month. I just had a visit with Dr.Shiela Shaigany-what a disappointment that was . Her P.A. did better then her. I went to see her about my nails.I was having trouble with my nails,when I answered her questions she blankly told me she didn't believe me. Well that is her problem not mine if I'm seeking medical help and you as the dr. Dont believe me , then I'm actually wasting my time with you. While she is friendly, she doesn’t have clinical insight & longevity when it comes to extrapolating patient issues & treatments. It is obvious she is early in her career and has not followed through with long term care of complex patient cases. I started showing early signs of a larger issue & she didn’t make me aware of the gravity of the problem. After visiting many dermatologists in the past few years, I finally decided to visit Dr. Shaigany. She is very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was able to get answers within 2 visits. She also goes above and beyond to get any treatments necessary approved. Highly recommend this doctor.
