I’m giving 5 stars for Dr. Reddy. Extremely friendly and personable. However, what was accomplished at the consultation could have been done over the phone. The office did send an email with a survey to see if I qualified for over the phone consult but by the time I saw it, it was too late to pursue due to an early Monday morning appointment. I should have been more proactive, I am partially to blame. If you’re scheduling a consult for a colonoscopy you should inquire about a phone call at the time of scheduling.
