Dr Sheila and her office does not value patient time or care. I received a rude text saying "not even a minute late" will be excused and you'll be charged $50. With this type of standard you would thing the patients wait time is equally as valuable. No. My appointment was at 4pm I called in case I would be late but arrived a few minutes early. The wait is long.
My daughter went to Sheila D. Pongnon, MD and it wasn’t a pleasant visit. She was very rude and aggressive to my daughter. Very unprofessional to be rude to a patient and not acknowledge how they’re feeling and completely ignore it. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND
Love Dr.Pongnon and her staff . Been going to her for a few years ,found the clinic online when i was desperate with a problem no other gyno was able to find the right treament for me. Is an hour trip from my locatiom but some appoinments are virtual but is worth the drive when i have to because i feel heard and taken care off when I go in .
