I was beset with depression, various health problems and the loss of my wife. I saw Sheila for 2.5 years. I can say Sheila is genuine, non-judgmental and compassionate. Sheila's approach to helping me sort through my feelings helped me gain coping skills. Sheila helped me achieve goals and coached me in having balance in my life. We saw Sheila for a few months for couple's work. We were just fighting too much. Sheila initially pointed out ways to fight more fairly. She was right on point in other areas too. She kept us motivated and on task. We are getting along much better now . And we would use her again if necessary.

Sheila is amazing! She originally helped me through my divorce but now I will periodically reach out to her for help through life's reoccurring challenges.
