My Granddaughter had a tonsilectomy by Dr Ray on a Tuesday. After she came home she developed vomiting. My daughter tried to contact Dr Ray but was unsuccessful. Was told my granddaughter was getting sick because she was taking norco on an empty stomach. Well the child could not eat due to pain and vomiting. Was told by the office you are the parent, make her eat. Well after several days of vomiting and no assistance from Dr Ray my granddaughter ended up in Children's hospital severely dehydrated. This office was no help at ... read more

Sudden hearing loss in 1 ear. Bad tinnitis. Ray just did hearing test and told me it was permanent. No finding out what happened. No hearing aid discussions. She reached this 'permanent' conclusion based on a single hearing test. She told me to turn on a fan for the tinnitis and to take ginko. She made up answers to my questions rather than admitting she didn't know. I could poke holes in the made-up answers she gave me, and I'm not even a doctor! Another doc found a growth on my neck near my ear, pressing on a nerve, causin... read more

She has been a "SuperHero" to our family over the years (from my daughter's hearing issues when she was a young child to discovering, diagnosing and eliminating a nasty cancer (differential carcinoma) in my throat. She is such a professional, has some of the best staff in her office and with the ability to test my hearing - and such a wonderful tech, my whole family is grateful to have her so close to our home. Thank you Dr. Ray!!!

After 40 years of being told nothing could be done about my very bad hearing, Dr. Ray did extensive testing on me and then sent me with a referral to U of M and asked that they take a look at her findings and come up with a plan. She followed up to be sure they were taking good care of me. 18 months later I have a cochlear implant that has completely changed my life. I can't thank her enough for her expertise, commitment to medical excellence and thoughtfulness.

Found staff to be pleasant and efficient. Our experience with Dr. Ray was that she spent time with my mother, the patient, and in no way rushed her or didn't listen. She also was very considerate, caring & compassionate, and did a thorough examination. She explained things well. Found her to be very knowledgeable. We definitely will use her for our family ENT from now on. Felt very confident in her abilities as a provider.

Dr. Ray Was very thorough with my initial examination. Pinpointed my problem on my first visit. Very professional and friendly. Office staff was very professional courteous and friendly also. Most recent appointments were obtained without a long wait this appointment was for a hearing exam resulting in a hearing aid. Their recommendations saved a tons of money and I believe the best hearing aid at the most reasonable cost to me . Very satisfied with the hearing aid. So happy I chose Dr.Ray

She did a deviated septum repair. Completely lied and said the pain would be minimal and mostly it would be uncomfortable. Ugh no, it hurt horribly for 10 days. Also and most important it wasnt a sucessful surgery. At one of the follow ups she said it worked. I followed up with my regular Dr and she said its just as bad as it was before. I went to another ENT who had me get another scan and its the same as it was before surgery. She could have been honest about it!!!!!

It was a pleasant visit, everyone was attentive and the examination was extensive and proceeded from one test to another rapidly and with care. My daughter who accompanied me and myself were completely satisfied at the end of the visit. I would hardily recommend . Thank you.

Office staff very rude. Actually refused to make me an appointment. Said their computers were down. I asked for a call back and was refused.
