I didn't get a chance for an appointment.I called and asked to make an appointment and was asked what type of insurance, I told the receptionist I was in a car accident so it would be State Farm , she answered rudely, "we don't take that" and hung up..It wouldn't have bothered me if she would have been a little more understanding.. This is not about the Dr..I've heard. nothing but good things about her, maybe she could talk to her office people how to treat people.
I had a ear infection and couldn't hear out of my ear. They got me in the same day and I was only there 45 minutes! So thankful to Dr. Ray for making me feel better! She is a excellent doctor, very thorough, explained everything and is a very sweet and caring woman! The staff is great also! I would highly recommend her
