I saw Sheila when I was maybe 12 or 13 years old. I just remembered her name and googled. She was incredibly kind, that's what I remember. I was going through so much at that age and it was nice to have someone to talk too. That was around 20 years ago and I still remember her name 🙂

Sheila is a lovely, caring person who combines her training in biofeedback and counseling to support and heal her clients. My work with her set me on the path to the healing of my chronic insomnia, and I recommend her work in this area.
