We like Doctor Idzerda and nurse Hannah and thank you for the past service. Billings Clinic billing/customer service is a disaster. We have spent hours/months trying to get the simplest corrections on incorrect billing, wrong names and we always pay the bills even when incorrect. Unfortunately we made our last call to Dr Idzerda’s clinic trying resolve it. Today’s results.. I cannot rave about Dr Idzerda enough. She is everything you’d want in a pediatrician. She’s bubbly, smiley, and energetic with my infant son while also being astute, intentional, professional, and responsive. I have felt more confident as a parent knowing I have her as a resource. She explains everything so thoroughly from a medical perspective but also has the gentle compassion you’d want in a doctor. She’s a rare find and I am so grateful to have her as a resource!
