I have been trying for days to get a hold of someone who isn’t rude and it is not happening. I spoke to a lady named Julie or Julia. She was very rude to me. Kept me on hold many times and hung up on me. I just wanted some information. I am not knowledgeable about the process of things here and she made me feel very stupid. I don’t know what kind of people you hire there. I definitely do not want my child receiving services here anymore.
