Wonderful experience!!!! – I've been to Dr. Schuler with my daughters for four appointments and she was wonderful with them explaining what she was doing and what thay should expect in the way of pain and recovery.If you have a problem there is after hours number for help. They do everything possible to ensure insurance pays for your visit and make you feel secure and comfortable.She also has an office in Green Hills( where we go).Staff is very friendly and acomadating helping in any way they can.
Worst Orthotics Ever – I paid around $400 for Dr. Schuler to make custom orthotics for me. The product I received was like it was made for a different person. After SIX MONTHS of adjustments, the orthotics still were not even close to feeling correct. We even did a second mold of my foot to see if there was any improvement from the first mold. Calipers were not used to take measurements of my arch/foot. Only visual estimates were used for some of the adjustments. Bottom line... buy Dr. Scholl's orthotics.
