I cannot give 10 star's so, I will only be able to give 5. I cannot tell you what a God send it was to have Sheila Cahoon manage and sell our home. For me, this was particularly hard because this was my childhood home. Sheila has a real and genuine heart. She understood every difficulty I had with moving forward. But she jumped into action and brought in very reasonably priced contractors to help with the tasks that needed to be done. Before long, our home was listed and sold with a more than fair offer. Sheila is the only person I would trust to sell a home or purchase a home. She makes sure that homes are ready to move into and helps owners get the resources needed to make updates and or fix any issues. She truly cares about doing the right thing for all people involved.
