My experience at this office was very disappointing. When I arrived as a prospective patient of Sheila Bush’s practice, instructed me to come in through the back door instead of the main entrance. I was then asked to stay away from other patients and quickly taken to a back room and was rushed so I wouldn’t be seen. As someone receiving mental health and substance recovery care, I found this treatment extremely degrading, unprofessional, and discriminatory. My husband and two kiddos all see Shiela! We love her as a provider and also her staff at Infinity Family Wellness. We lost our oldest son over 4+ years ago and they make sure we get all of our concerns and questions covered.
Great place! I’m always worried about finding new doctors. But Sheila is amazing. She actually sits down and wants to know the best course of action to help. I felt cared for here, and I felt all my concerns were addressed. Not only professionally but caring; which means a lot to me. Doctors who actually express concern for your wellbeing is rare and Sheila is one of a kind! She really wants to help and I’m grateful! Thank you Sheila!
