My (now ex) husband forced me into marriage counseling with her. After cheating multiple times, I wanted a divorce. She kept telling me “You’re living in the past” and sided with my ex saying “You can build whatever marriage you want”. Many times I sat in her office crying that no one was listening to me. She was unable to recognize that my partner had severe NPD. She clearly sided w him throughout the process. She told him I was the problem. He wound up assulting me and going to jail. I saw his records where he had assulted multiple women in the past and was diagniosed w NPD by a licenced psychologist in 2011. Complete disaster. Made everything worse.
Dr Hart has been an amazing help to me. I came to her with quite a few troubled areas and for the first time I feel peace.
Wonderful therapist! She listened carefully, asked probing questions, had some helpful advice on how to move forward and explained a lot about the background of what I was dealing with. She's helped me work towards overcoming some major obstacles and I would highly recommend.
DO NOT SEE Dr. Sheila Adams Hart....She has been SANCTIONED by the WA STATE BOARD OF HEATH because of what she did to my children and myself. I feel River Valley Psychological Services Company is encouraging this behavior as they have continued to allow this menace to work under their umbrella. The State took over 2 years to investigate and she has been disciplined. She can NOT longer see any new families...so if your an OLD family you should probably get the heck out of there.
