Fraud charge of .62 cents to a credit card that I dont even use from this merchant. I dont live in Maryland either.
I scheduled a routine cleaning here after confirming with the receptionist that they accepted my insurance. The morning of my appointment, I was abruptly told they no longer accept my insurance and I’d have to pay out of pocket. This last-minute cancellation completely ruined my day, especially after being misled. This is an extremely unprofessional way to run a business, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place to prevent similar frustration and inconvenience.
I live in the Midwest. Never even heard of this guy until there was a 0.42 cent charge on my disability card.. So people's info has been leaked it sounds like and this office is taking people's money that don't even live in Maryland
I’ve had multiple issues with this office. Not only did they cancel several of my appointments without proper notice, but they also requested I withdraw cash to pay for services, instead of accepting debit or credit cards. This feels incredibly shady, especially since I now suspect they may have been billing my insurance improperly. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to be cautious, as their handling of appointments and payments is unprofessional and questionable.
Just got a notification from my credit card company for a fraudulent charge from these people. I live over 600 miles away from them, sketchy, seems like these people steal credit information
