HORRIBLE!!!! she is now flat out refusing to fix my teeth all because i want a permanent fix not a band aid. she even went as far as to schedule me an appt then after sitting there for 20 min she canceled. absolutely horrible!!!!
He was willing to listen to me and help with my infected tooth. Even though I was not one of his regular patients.

I came in today for an emergency visit due to jaw pain and tooth pain. At first, I was very pleased that Willamette in Boise, was able to get me in the same day. The little interaction I had with Dr Young, was enough to know that he had no genuine interest to help me. I have extreme dental anxiety to the point that I cry at nearly every dental appointment I have, and if I have to get any work done I often put it off until it becomes unbearable. I shared this with Dr. Maghsoudlou and he had me come in for a consult the day before my scheduled tooth extraction & filling, he spent the appointment giving me all of the reassurance I needed and was unbelievably empathetic about my anxiety. This woman has control issues. If you dare to politely decline even a part of her prescribed treatment, she will attack you personally and refuse to treat you in ANY capacity. Completely unprofessional and beyond condescending.
I ve seen Dr Cristea twice now, once for a consult and once for a procedure. She is straight forward, funny and explains everything she is doing and why.
Very kind and helpful, interested in me as a person (not just patient/paycheck). Listened to all my concerns and asked good questions. He gave me good advice - I went in thinking I had a wisdom tooth coming in sideways because I was in a lot of surprising pain. He told me the pain was normal, and that if I really wanted to get it out he would make that happen for me, but that it wasn't necessary, as the tooth was coming in fine. Very nice to have a Dr who doesn't push unnecessary services!
Second visit was great also! Very nice staff. Thank you, Doc !
