Absolutely horrible experience. I showed her an inspiration picture and made it very clear what I wanted, but she took way too much off my eyebrows. They ended up uneven, with so many hairs around my eyebrows completely missed, and they weren’t even trimmed properly. The result was honestly so disappointing that I feel like I could have done a better job myself, despite having zero experience. I would not recommend this service and definitely don’t think it’s worth wasting your time or money.
Poor customer service
A few days ago I showed the lady a photo of exactly what I wanted, light thin eyebrows and she assured me that she understood and it would be a problem. She left tint on for 5 minutes and when she wiped it off my eyebrows were black and way thicker than what I had showed her, it was like she hadn’t tried to follow what i had asked for at all. Mandy has been doing my eyebrows for the last 7 years and she has never disappointed me. I have been following her wherever she works because no one does them like her. Last time I brought my Nana with me she doesn’t have much eyebrow hair, but Mandy recommended a henna tint and gave her the most beautiful eyebrows. She made my Nana’s 70th birthday extra special. So creative and talented! You are amazing, the best at what you do. Thank you so much ❤️ Highly recommended!
