Great size, but not-so-great staff The manager was very rude to a resident complaining about his dishwasher not working, mentioning a/c was more important. Maybe, but he's paying for the dishwasher so it should be working. We also had to wait a long time while the manager spoke on the phone. We were not greeted or directed to something to look at while she finished up. The grounds were clean as we walked to the model apartment, but the apartment was not squeaky clean. Rude Management Flew in from Florida to check out numerous apartments over the last couple of weeks. This place was just plain nasty to my husband and I. When viewing the apartment Becky would not answer the questions that were asked of her. She was just plain rude! If that is the type of people that you have working there, thank God there are other apartment complexes in New Albany to choose from.
My roomate and I feel in love... My friend and I fell in love with these apartments, especially since they offer student discounts. When we toured the apartments they were very spacious, clean and definatly worth the money. I am very satisfied with the management for taking time out of her day to show us around and go over detailed montly billing.
