George was on time and was very professional and knew what he was doing and did a quick job fixing my toilet. He even fixed my drain because we were having problems and did a good job. I would recommend Sheffield Plumbing to family and friends.
My problem was a leaking dishwasher. The shutoff valve for the dishwasher was replaced. The copper piping going into the dishwasher was too short and replaced with a flexible hose. The one side of the kitchen sink waste was re-piped. Plumbers from Sheffield Plumbing were very professional in their work and they demonstrated excellent customer service.
John came out this morning and looked at the toilet issue I had. He gave us a fast and supportive response and took care of it quickly!! Very nice and professional. Had masks on the entire time for our safety. I decidedly recommend John and Sheffield Plumbing. Thumbs up!
John helped me with the issue where my toilet was leaking into the bathroom of the condo below me everytime I flushed my toilet. It was a simple wax seal replacement, but they redid the caulking around the toilet, and it looks so much better than it did before.Sheffield Plumbing did an amazing all around job as well as being very efficient. They also got to my house half an hour early, so I still got my whole day off to do stuff. I will definitely use their services for everything in the future.
Sheffield Plumbing are my new favorite go-to plumbers. I had a clogged toilet that I could not fix myself, and they came out the same day I contacted them to fix it. John wore booties and was very kind, courteous, respectful, and professional. He did not scratch my toilet at all which has been a problem with augers in the past and fixed it with ease. I am very satisfied and impressed. Thank you guys you are amazing!!
