Here it is 2 hours later I called because my a/c had been out the On call sheriff supposed to be here by now and no show he has been called and all since I've been here since dec 30th 2016 my a/c has went out 4 times tho maintenance is GREAT ther hasn't been anyone in that office until it time to pay rent and nobody from corporate has called me or emailed me back !!!! ���� we pay 676 a month not including water n lights n we can't even get the manager or nun to do right
They can't keep a office manager. Plus when u need things fixed u have a long wait and when they do come out u get told that nothing is wrong with it. I also have more drugs in those apartments. It's worse then Bay Side park. I have seen more people get arrested back there and still keep there apartments. Never in my live that I seen poor management in one apartment. This place needs to be shut down. Plus there is to many people in other people's business.
There is so many people that put there nose in your business.
The stairwells need to be power washed, along with the walls, was told that the security gate was going to be fixed that was 6 months ago still not done.
the problem I have is parking. ;) other than that I enjoy living here.
We need the outside lights and the stairwell lights fixed!!! And some OUTSIDE TRASH CANS!!!! This place wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't so disgusting outside! It smells like dog poo when you open your door and no one can pick it up at night since its pitch black outside and if they do pick it up, where are they suppose to put it?? We don't have any trash cans outside anymore. I don't know why the ONE we had was taken down. You can't possibly expect people to bring it in their trash inside because it would still smell bad eve... read more
The people running these apartments are liars and thieves. They have refused to return my phone calls and have not refunded my deposit going on 6 months now. Bad business ethics. Runaround/game playing nonsense.
