Absolutely Wonderful! I've taken my dog here for almost 4 years. Dr. Sheffield is great to my dog. I have a pit bull and they have always treated her with compassion. I moved to San Diego but still go back to Animal Medical Center for my dog's annual checkups. The University Pet Resort's staff was great. When I pick up my dog, the staff gave me a full report on what she did and what her disposition was like. Other boarding facilities will stick your dog in a kennel and never interact with it. Top Rate Service and Care We have been a long time client of AMC and are very pleased with the care and service we have received. Three years ago our dog had to have major surgery and needed to stay at AMC for two months. It was difficult on our family to have our dog away from us for so many weeks. We frequently visited our dog at AMC and the staff was always supportive and kind during the two months. I have nothing but rave reviews for the staff and doctors. The are top class in their field. Thanks for everything!
Four Out of Five Stars! AMC is a nice clinic and from my experience most of the staff is friendly. I do find one of the receptionists to be rather rude, but since Dr Hill is always professional and treats my pets so well, I will continue to go to AMC.
HORRIBLE, RUDE, EXPENSIVE! I agree with Jake, this place is awful! I brought my pet here and paid almost $500 to be treated like dirt. The receptionist was RUDE, the doctor was UNPROFESSIONAL and the care was NOT WORTH THE COST! If you like expensive, lousy service, this place is for you. BUT, if you want better care at a MUCH better price, go to ANY OTHER vet in Merced. I will be going somewhere, ANYWHERE, else but here!
horrible place! take your pets here if you want them to die This place really is horrible. I have heard more complaints about this place then any other place i have ever seen or heard of. Like I said before only go here if you want your pets to be killed and pay out the ass to have it done.
