Hi all! If you are looking for honest management and fair charges at the time that your lease is up, do NOT rent from this place! If I could give a 0 I would, and I want to note that this is primarily for predatory behavior on “charges” upon leaving. First and foremost if you end your lease and are credited back a few days, THEY WILL ADD FALSE CHARGES TO YOUR MOVE OUT COST! I lived here for one year, and this was my first and last time renting from Morgan Properties. Maintenance requests often took an extended amount of time to be addressed, and when they were, the work was frequently mediocre or incomplete. Communication from management was inconsistent throughout my lease, making it difficult to get clear answers or timely updates when issues arose.
