I live at this property 2 years ago had a broken sink and they only come to fix it after I informed them I will not be renew my lease 9 months in, 2 days ago I found out I owed a debt at this property trying to reach out to corporate but that’s impossible an I don’t want to talk to the property manager Susan because she was rude and disrespectful now I need a lawyer for answers, now I really have a bad feeling about susan she the worst

Mold growing in the apartment, constant internet outages, and horrible response times for service requests. And the kitchen is disgusting and no one wants to cook in mold and gunk.

Susan in the front office is rude. I was here helping a friend move, and she has no social skills. The way she talked to residents coming in the door was disrespectful. She intimidates the gentleman working in the office with her. Someone needs to have a conversation with her bc if this is how she treats residents then she doesn’t need the position she has, and should be demoted.

Hi all! If you are looking for honest management and fair charges at the time that your lease is up, do NOT rent from this place! If I could give a 0 I would, and I want to note that this is primarily for predatory behavior on “charges” upon leaving. First and foremost if you end your lease and are credited back a few days, THEY WILL ADD FALSE CHARGES TO YOUR MOVE OUT COST!
