Horrible place to live. Maintenance RARELY fixes anything. In my apartment I have plumbing issues, a disgusting cracked tub, a toilet I have to plunge to flush every time, a dryer that’s broken, and now, high humidity. I have put in SEVERAL maintenance tickets for these issues and maintenance can never seem to fix the issues. Avoid at all costs. It isn’t worth your health or sanity.
EDIT: I have emailed, sent certified mail, and gotten no response from the leasing or management team. They do not take care about any of the issues residents experience. These are Mold samples taken from my apartment in Sheffield Heights. I have emailed, and called, in multiple occasions asking for them to remedy the situation. They refuse to respond to the emails, and they act in complete ignorance, going so far as to say, “that’s not mold” when we’ve talked in person. El barrio es tranquilo , tengo vecinos pero apenas los veo , no hacen ruido Hay tiendas no tan lejos de los apartamentos y también hay algunas escuelas ( no sé de qué grado serán ) Todo va bien por el momento , el único incidente que a pasado fue que alguien llamó a la policía porque había un hombre desnudo cerca de mi apartamento y del de mi vecina .
