Never answer the phone and won't refill prescriptions with out an appointment. Huge problem when they won't answer the phone!!
Love the providers and staff at Shefa. Short wait, excellent care and very responsive to my needs! Great location, easy to get to! Clean and beautiful waiting room! Great if your sick, need urgent care or need to be pampered. One stop does it all!

Very good customer service. Very nice and clean. Great massages. One of the best.
Just bought a Groupon for this location this morning, called just now to set massage appt but was told not only do they not have massage appts on Saturday, but that massages are ONLY available on mon and weds and the latest appt is 4pm. Not cool. Already called groupon to get my money back & asked them to look into since the Groupon had NO mention of such limited appointment options.
