This storage facility has the poorest service in the entire USA. Their customer service is inappalling, as they deceive customers, refuse to take responsibility, and even walk away while customers are speaking to them. Their true rating should be 0.00 stars. the properties always clean,

It’s the worst storage in the whole USA. THEIR CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS TASH. THE LIE to the customer, never accept responsibility or accountability for nothing. Walking away while customer talking to them.  The real rating it 0.00 Stars

I purchased a storage unit online and came to realize that they allowed the defaulted Tennant to enter the unit and manipulate the unit and contens to faulsley inflate the value The tenant put a utility box in the center of the unit .. filled it with trash and placed a lock on the box with a note on top that was unreadable in their photos. We have had a storage unit at Sheets for four years, and now we need a second one. We’re getting ready to move, and Tammy and Terri have been great to let us know when the size we want becomes available. They are both so nice and helpful. It’s always fun to talk to them at the office. Ronnie and Tamara Williams
