The office manager and front desk staff are horrible.They are rude and hateful. Don't call if you need anything because they will put you on hold and never come back on the line.
I found Sheets a couple of years ago after a negative experience with another local vet that i had been using. During our first visit to Sheets, we learned my beloved my golden had cancer. I spent 2 straight years going to Sheets for his care, meds and yesterday, to set him free. The compassion, the kindness and the professionalism of the Sheets staff has been phenomenal for us from day one. I adopted a stray on my own and brought it to sheets for affordable neutering, shots, etc. They were so thorough and called before surgery to tell me about a heart murmur they found and how to proceed. This place cares about the well being of their animals and it's obvious. I look forward to future experiences with them.
I've been taking Dixie, now 2, there since she was a puppy. We have always gotten excellent care and attention. She has chronic ear infections and they stay on top of her treatments.
Last Friday I went to sheets clinic with my dog Abby. She was 16, had a cancer lump that had gotten huge. I knew not to expect much but was just hoping a had a few more days with her Atleast. Unfortunately that didn't happen & we had to put her down Saturday morning. Dr. Corbin was the doc that day, he was wonderful! I can't say enough how kind, honest but yet very warm and caring to me. Our sweet Cowboy is still going strong! He underwent 3 surgeries to remove an aggressive carcinoma in his mouth starting September 2015 through December 2015. We have decided that this would be his last surgery and make his last days comfortable. But hallelujah nine months later he still plays like a puppy! Thank you Sheets Pet Clinic and Dr. B!!!!
Got my little kitten from here last year and he's now a full grown cat that I love dearly! This place provides amazing services to all their clients and I highly recommend choosing this clinic! Awesome prices, caring staff, and very knowledgable doctors. If you're thinking about adopting, definitely consider coming here! (PS - your cat gets discounts on vaccines for life if you adopt from them). Not going anywhere else! This is Milo's furrever place.
