Mike and his team have been really helpful since I first messaged him. REALLY fast work had my car back working in 3 days. Affordable isn’t just a name they really are. Great customer service. Wont recommend another transmission shop.
I went to Northside transmission Delt with chico we agreed on a price I let him rebuild my transmission in my 72 Dodge dart he did a terrible job charged me 2000 .00 then wanted me to pay him in cash the same day it was pouring transmission fluid out like crazy I called him he told me he was to busy that I should wait until he finished the other cars he had taken in he cussed me and talked to me like a dog I went over to see Mike at Sheetz transmission he did a awesome job the car shifts like a brand new car I highly recomme... read more
I've tried to get my car repair at this shop twice, and they always refuse, very rude customer service. Last week, I waited for them to be back from vacation, I called the first time in the morning after they opened, and they told me they were backed up for a month, Since I don't believe it I called back a few moments later and a women came on the phone, very rude she asked what do I want, very polite I asked if I can have an appointment, she reply : " for what"?.
