Austin, my service tech, arrived, assessed the problem and quickly handled taking care of the very tiny exterior gas leak previously located and marked by NIPSCO. I was told what would be done and it was handled quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. Before Austin left, and because he had to briefly turn off the gas, he checked about what gas items I had with a pilot light. I was having issues with my 24yr old A/C system not cooling like it normally would. I called Sheets and someone actually answered the phone! Not AI, not a labyrinth menu to navigate, just a real life customer service agent. I was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment, which was very nice! Gabe was my technician and he did an excellent job diagnosing, and then repairing, the system. In and out in about an hour! Hopefully the service will get me through the end of summer.
