Wide excision of melanoma is not pleasant or pretty but Dr. Mehta explained the procedure thoroughly including the risks. So far I am pleased with the outcome and confident that she removed the entire cancer. On a personal level I found Dr. Mehta to be very engaging and easy to communicate with. And her staff is fabulous!
Dr Mehta has done Mohs surgery on me several times. Like many people my age, we spent far too much time in the sun before the days of sun blocks, which resulted in developing skin cancer later in life. We spend part of the year in AZ and utilize the Mayo Clinic for healthcare. The Mayo surgeons have always commented on the remarkable quality of Dr. Mehta's work. Dr Mehta is a compassionate and brilliant surgeon.
