I ordered V-RAY SYSTEM Deluxe Surgical Headband on October 20, 2022. It finally arrived, damaged, on December 13, 2022. It took several days to get an email response back then even more emails and phone calls to get an address where it could be returned. It then took more phone calls and another 30 days from when I had a signed acceptance of the return to be issued a credit of 50% of the purchase price.
