I had such an amazing experience! She did my hair color and haircut and I absolutely love the results. At first I was a little scared about trying the color because I wasn’t sure how it would look on me, but she asked me to trust her — and I’m so glad I did! I was referred by a Facebook group. Made an appointment for my first haircut after having my second baby, got someone to watch my kids, and she did not answer her phone, come to the door, or respond to text messages. I pre-washed my hair so it would take less time because of my baby. I waited for 10 minutes outside what appeared to be an in-home studio, rang the bell, there was a car in the parking lot, and she didn't show up.
