I was referred by a Facebook group. Made an appointment for my first haircut after having my second baby, got someone to watch my kids, and she did not answer her phone, come to the door, or respond to text messages. I pre-washed my hair so it would take less time because of my baby. I waited for 10 minutes outside what appeared to be an in-home studio, rang the bell, there was a car in the parking lot, and she didn't show up.
